How We Handle RFQ Information
This notice covers information submitted through the OnPacking quotation form, email and WhatsApp.
Information we collect
We collect the company and contact information you provide, product and application details, dimensions, material and printing requirements, quantity, destination, notes and any uploaded PDF or image.
Why we use it
We use the information to review manufacturing feasibility, clarify specifications, prepare quotations, arrange samples when requested and follow up on the inquiry.
Files and commercial confidentiality
Customer drawings, logos, product images, PO information and contact details are not published on the website. Public examples are redacted or anonymized before release.
Retention
RFQ information may be retained for up to 12 months for quotation and follow-up unless a longer period is required for an active order, legal obligation or agreed business record.
Service providers
The website may use infrastructure providers to store inquiry records, attachments and send notification emails. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the inquiry process.
Your request
To ask about, correct or request deletion of RFQ information, email [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or an active commercial relationship.
Analytics and launch status
Analytics is not activated until the relevant measurement configuration and consent requirements are confirmed. This website currently blocks search indexing while it remains under review.
